TDM Developer

Job Title: TDM (Test Data Management)

Rate: Open within Market range

FTE / CTH: Both options are open.

Visa status: Open. (Please avoid any cases with Visa expiry in 6 months)

Understand and Analyze the current TDM processes includes, test data acquisition process, team alignment, portfolio release plan
Understand and Analyze and recommend procedure for data masking, data sub-setting, data generation
Architect the overall TDM solution and develop the TDM roadmap for the customer
Leverage expertise in one or more of the Industry standard TDM tools – Informatica TDM, CA TDM, IBM Optim
Analyze data flow across applications and data dependencies
Create a test data management strategy
Define Test data management processes
Prioritize quick fix, mid-term fix and long-term fix based on business demand
Define test data governance approach
Define team structure and delivery model
Define data architecture and TDM processes across data stages
Define TDM tools to be utilized
TDM estimation for selecting applications for pilot
Oversee Data Validation and Data Verification steps
Provide assistance to the data team in conforming to the standardized processes

Experience:

Software Engineering/AI: 1-2 years
